I bought this along with a few disposables. I used the disposable first so that the battery could adjust. Like recommended. After less than a days use the battery dies and refuses to charge. I used the same charger on my phone and works perfectly. I got a different changer that also chages my phone and it still won’t charge. Not worth it.

Previously I had the Elf Bar Mate 500, loved the pods lasted almost 2 days, charge was brilliant on the device itself, was told I would need to update to the Elfa device due to no longer selling the Mate 500, I don’t think they’re any better, the charge lasts a day if that, the pods seem bigger but seem to use them in less than a day – I find it frustrating that you cannot see the liquid in the Elfa pods so have to rely on the disgusting taste once the pod runs out – why discontinue something that works well for the change of nib?

I bought this and a pack of each flavour, I found the flavours fine but not as strong as the disposable ones, the charge didn’t last long and very quickly got a burnt taste. A single pod doesn’t last as long as a disposable bar and you don’t get as much out of them. I’ve gone back to the disposable

Charge last about a day before it needs charging. The pods fit snugly, the only issue I have is that the pods leak a little and do not last longer than a day and half.

For me the aircontrol is an little bit to open – fells like the pod isn’t fit in completely. Maybe a sealing ring would help. But I absolutely love the Elfa as a reusable system. The only wish I have is empty pods that can be filled with Elfliq?

I only recieved this 7 days ago. At first I thought great charges quickly and held charge for 2 days before it needed charging again. Yet yesterday using it no problems then all of a sudden it goes dead! So I assume charge has just run out but no the light comes on to indicate it’s charging and then disappears when charged went to use it and it’s completely dead!

I cant understand the bad reviews here. For me they last as long as the siposable ones (about 2 and a half days) and one charge also lasts min. 2 days. It charges quickly. And the taste is even stronger than the disposables. More flavours would be nice but thats the only thing i can criticize. The pods are a bit loose but i found out that u take the air through this not at the bottom like the disposables so its fine for me. all in all best elfbar product on the market.

I started vaping with Elbar 600 disposables but was concerned about the environmental waste so tried a few other rechargeable vapes.
Each one was disappointing, with a real lack of flavour, hit and miss pod functionality, and/or a burnt acrid taste even with brand new pods.
The Elbar elfa changed everything!
Easy to use, stylish sleek design, great fallout hits, which are spot on to the Elfbar 600 flavours, and comparable number of puffs between pods and charges.

DISPOSABLES VS PODS
Originally I was using the disposables but I’m unsure where to dispose of them (they’re sitting in my drawer currently) and I thought it would be better to switch over to the refill pods. Would be good if elfbar had some sort of incentive to return used pods and recycle them for you in return for points.
The only noticeable difference between the pods and the disposables is the pull. There is a resistance when inhaling (similar to a cigarette) on the disposables which is not the case on the pods. I do prefer the resistance so would like this to be replicated on the pods if possible. Would be good to have the flashing light like the disposable or make the pod clear to see when it is running out.
The pods are cheaper than the disposables at £3 a pod vs £5 for a disposable and they both last me around two days.
FLAVOUR
In terms of flavours, I only like the elfbull flavour in all of the ranges they have and sometimes have the kiwi passionfruit guava. I have tried nearly all of the flavours in the pods/disposables and don’t like most of them. My sister likes the elfbull, pink lemonade and watermelon so I guess you’ll have to try and see what you prefer. Would be nice if elfbar extended the range of flavours in the pods as well as the nicotine strength. The flavours of the elfbars are also not stated on the website.
CHARGING
I have two of the pre-filled pods that I alternate between so I always have one with full charge. The charge lasts around two days for me until the end of a refill but it depends on usage. Charging time is very quick – takes 1-2 hours.
Overall I would definitely recommend the elfbar pod system for people looking to cut/quit smoking. It’s an easy way to wean yourself off, suffer no more of the smokers cough and satisfy the nicotine craving.

As a first dive into vaping, the Elfa is a great little bit of kit. Not wanting to go the disposable route, as that is an insane waste of valuable rare earth metals in my eyes, i bought the Elfa as it is rechargeable. Simple to use, just throw in your pod of choice and your good to go. I especially like the fact that its draw activated too so there is little to go wrong from a wear and tear point of view. For anyone looking to get off the dreaded cigs, i would highly recommend the Elfa as a nice simple intro if your at all concerned about disposable waste. Personally would love to see Elfbar do a recycling program for the pods though 🙂

Ordered 3. Two came charged, one not. Each Elfa came with a Blue Razz pod which tastes absolutely amazing. The draw is very good due to the power this thing packs. Do keep note that it has a type-c charging port and does not come with a charging cable.

I ordered a pod kit plus 3 pod packs and they offered next day delivery (I’m in the sticks so was unheard of) as I knew my disposable was running out.
Order at 8pm, and arrive before 4pm the next day! Upon opening, it feels just like a disposable elf bar and no power cord but I have one luckily.
Considering I spent approximately £23 for the kit plus 3 pod packs I notice the difference price wise as disposables in shops near me are around £6 so I’ve got the equivalent of 7 disposables for £23 insitead of £42 (if you count each pod as 1 disposable).
My immediate impression from opening it is very impressed, I don’t like the flavour it came with originally but that’s okay, I’ve got 3 packs of flavours I do like!

Great product have used a lot of different types of e cigarettes and vapes this is by far one of the best ones I’ve used very simple to use lasts really well less waste and messing around and can change flavours very quickly and easily by just changing the pod no need to be messing with eliquids coils glass chambers just pop a pod on and make sure to charge it only improvement I’d have liked is the option to add a charging cable even at a small extra cost as it’s usb c so had to purchase a cable separately once it arrived

Can’t see through the refill cartridges and it can be a bit of a shock when the refill runs out and tastes burnt and horrible. This is the main reason I will change completely to the other vape kit!

I have spent the last 4-5 years trying to find a vape system that is not too harsh on my throat and does not cause me to choke when I use it. After trying an Elfbar 600 disposable a few weeks ago when I was smoking two packets of 20 cigarettes a day, I decided this was the one for me as I did not choke once when using it. After a few days of smoking and vaping, I then stopped the smoking and have been just vaping ever since for over two weeks with no problems.
I cannot recommend Elfbar vapes strongly enough. Tried many times over the years to give up and have found it so easy so far with Elfbar.
Do yours Abigail big favour and give it a go. You will not regret it.

The positives: good value for money, the charge time and capacity is good – you shouldn’t need more than one unless you are an extremely heavy vaper, they are somewhat more eco-friendly than disposables
I wouldn’t say it’s a ‘con’ as such, but there is a difference in taste between these pods and the disposable version – I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it’s possibly more of a ‘metallic’ taste?
